五、Candidates: Enrollment/Registration (考生注冊和報名常見問題)

1、Can you help me to determine if my degree is comparable to a U.S. bachelor's degree? (你能否幫我判斷我的學(xué)歷是否相當于美國學(xué)士學(xué)位？)

回答：Generally, applicants must have reached a level of study that qualifies them for acceptance to university graduate programs in the countries where they earned their undergraduate degrees. If you need assistance to determine whether or not your degree is comparable to a U.S. bachelor’s degree, CFA Institute suggests that you contact your college or university to make an inquiry. (通常來說，申請者必須要有所在國家的本科學(xué)歷的水平。如果你需要幫助判斷是否你的學(xué)歷相當于美國學(xué)士學(xué)位，CFA協(xié)會建議你聯(lián)系你所在的大學(xué)來查詢)

2、I am enrolled to take the CFA exam at the Boston, Massachusetts, test center; however, I just learned that I may have to travel to Hong Kong for business that will include the exam weekend. Can I take the exam in Hong Kong, and what must I do to change my test center?(我已經(jīng)報名參加在Boston的 Massachusetts考點的考試；然而，我剛知道我要在考試期間去香港公干。我能在香港參加考試嗎？如果能我要如何做來改變考點呢？)

回答：Yes, you may request another test center by submitting the Test Center Change Request Form (PDF). CFA Institute will grant such requests if space is available. (可以。你可以通過提交上面綠體字鏈接的考點改變申請表，如果有位置CFA協(xié)會將同意申請。)

3、How do I change my test center?  (我怎樣改變考試地點？)

回答：Please submit a Test Center Change Request Form (PDF). Please follow all directions on the form. CFA Institute will grant such requests if space is available. (你可以通過提交上面綠體字鏈接的考點改變申請表，按照上面的指導(dǎo)，如果有位置CFA協(xié)會將同意申請。)

4、I have been assigned to one of the testing venues in New York City, but it is in an inconvenient location. There is another venue in New York more convenient for me, and I would prefer to take the exam there. Is it possible for me to change to another venue in my metropolitan area?

回答：No. Because of seating limitations, CFA Institute does not accept requests for specific venue locations within the same city.

5、I just moved and sent in my address change form. Will you automatically change my test center?   (我剛剛搬家了并提交了地址改變表。CFA協(xié)會是否會自動根據(jù)地址調(diào)整我的考試地點？)

回答：No. Changing your address and changing your test center are two separate processes. CFA Institute cannot presume that a candidate’s desired test center will also change with his or her mailing address. A change of mailing address can be accomplished at any time. Candidates who want to change test centers for the CFA exams must complete and submit the Test Center Change Request Form (PDF). (不會。地址改變和考點改變是兩回事情。)

6、If I withdraw from the December Level I exam, do I have to wait until the forms have been processed and confirmed before I re-enroll for the June exam?   (如果我退考十二月的一級考試，我必須要等到退考過程完成和確認后才重新報名六月的考試嗎？)

回答：No. Candidates may submit a paper re-enrollment application for the June exam at the same time they submit their request to withdraw from the December exam, but they cannot re-enroll online until their withdrawal is processed. However, please note that enrollment fees cannot be refunded or transferred from one exam to the next. You will need to pay another enrollment fee at the time of your re-enrollment. (不需要。考生可以在提交退出十二月考試要求的同時遞交一個書面的六月考試重新報名申請表格，但是考生在他們的退考程序完成前不能在線重新報名。需要說明的是，報名費不會返還或從這次考試轉(zhuǎn)移到下一次。你必須要在重新報名的時候重新再交報名費。)

7、If I request an exam score retabulation, should I wait to receive the retabulation result before re-enrolling?  (如果我申請考試成績復(fù)核，我應(yīng)該等到收到成績復(fù)核結(jié)果以后再重新報名嗎？)

回答：No. We strongly encourages you to re-enroll at the earlier (and less expensive) deadline. (不需要。我們強烈鼓勵你盡早報名，在更早的截止日期前報名)

8、I am not able to sit for the exam. Can I request a refund or transfer my enrollment to the next exam?(我不能參加考試，我能要求退費或把我的報名費轉(zhuǎn)移到下次考試嗎？)

回答：No. Once you submit your application for the CFA Program, your registration and enrollment fees are nonrefundable. Also, registration and enrollment fees may not be transferred from one applicant/candidate to another applicant/candidate, or from one exam offering to another. (不行。一旦你申請了CFA考試。你的注冊和報名費用都不可以退。另外，注冊和報名費也不可以從一個申請者/考生轉(zhuǎn)給另一個申請者/考生，或從一個考試轉(zhuǎn)到下一個考試。)

9、How long does it take to process my registration and enrollment application? (注冊和報名申請過程要花多長時間？)

回答：Online applications are processed within 48 hours. Paper applications may take up to six to eight weeks. With either method, you will be notified of your status. (在線申請在48小時內(nèi)就可以完成。書面申請過程可能花6-8周的時間。無論哪種申請方式，都會通知你的申請進展狀況)

10、May I withdraw my enrollment in the Level I exam?
   (我可以退考一級考試嗎？)
